Stephen E. Pazian Sr. - Vice President

Stephen Pazian owns Nature Coast Ventures, Inc. (NCV) which is working with SH Seafood LLC to provide for this frozen seafood distributor’s capital needs as well as the marketing of new products. In late 2008, NCV launched a start-up business, Para Membranes of North America LLC, developing large business accounts as the exclusive North American Distributor for a South Korean filtration membrane manufacturer.

Prior to that, Mr. Pazian served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of PRISMEDICAL Corporation, a private equity owned water filtration, medical device manufacturing, government research and development turnaround/restart. Mr. Pazian has led national companies in several industries and has extensive industry consolidation, turnaround, restart, and startup experience, He has developed organizations with no more than a concept to revenue generation, built businesses to over $300 million in annual revenues & 4000 employees and led industries in profitability.

Mr. Pazian served on three VC/PE funded company boards and on the division boards of BellSouth including BellSouth Cellular (now AT&T Wireless) and BellSouth MobileComm.
